Calibration Instructions for Headspace Gas Analyzers

Calibration of the oxygen sensor of headspace gas analyzer LTDK-190:
 
1. Before calibrating the device, turn on the device and place it in the operating environment for no less than 1 hour to ensure that the temperature of the device is consistent with the operating environment temperature.
 
2. In the main interface, use the left and right arrow keys to move the cursor to the "Calibration" option, press the "Enter" key, and the "Calibration Password" interface appears:
Press the up and down keys to enter the verification code ****, press the "confirm" key, and the "calibration" interface appears.
 
3. Put the sampling needle in the air, press the up and down keys on the calibration interface to adjust the "Oxygen" to "20.8%", click the "OK" button, press the "Test" button for about 5-8 seconds, and click the "OK" button , the calibration of the oxygen sensor ends.
 
Note: It can be calibrated with calibration gas. Insert the sampling needle into the outlet pipe of the calibration gas, press the up and down keys in the calibration interface to adjust the "Oxygen" to the calibration gas concentration, click the "OK" button, open the calibration gas valve, and press the "Test" button for about 5-8 seconds , click the "OK" button, the calibration of the oxygen sensor ends.
